Do you have more questions about Bytepad?
There are a few things you can try:
- Password Reset: If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
- Browser/Cache Issues: Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again. You can also try using a different browser or device.
- Account Locked: If you’ve entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked. Please wait for a few minutes and try again, or contact Bytepad support for assistance.
- Byte Exchange Account: If you’re using your Byte Exchange credentials to log in, make sure you’re entering the correct email and password associated with your exchange account.
- Create an Account: If you haven’t already, create a Bytepad account and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
- Browse Projects: Explore the list of upcoming and ongoing token sales on the Bytepad launchpad.
- Choose a Sale: Select the token sale you want to participate in and read the project details carefully.
- Secure Your Allocation: Depending on the sale, you may need to stake XCoin (BEXC), purchase a whitelist, or meet other eligibility requirements.
- Purchase Tokens: During the sale period, use BEXC or other supported cryptocurrencies to purchase tokens.
Bytepad’s refund policy varies depending on the type of sale:
- Public Sales: Refunds are typically available for public sales within 24 hours after the Token Generation Event (TGE) if you haven’t claimed your tokens and the project owner agrees to the refund.
- Private Sales & Other Sales: Private sales, bond sales, and premium sales generally do not offer refunds. These sales often involve early-stage projects with higher risks.
